Role Overview
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented person to support our Customer Care operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth flow of our Parent Child Club.

Key Responsibilities :
· Coordinate with relevant team members to re-schedule appointments when needed.
· Submit weekly inventory orders to ensure the club is fully stocked for upcoming appointments.
· Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries related to the Parent-Child Club.
· Prepare product samples for appointments and promotional activities.
· Meet with parents to present the organisation's portfolio, provide detailed information, and address any questions or concerns.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and data sheets.
