Refund policy

Returns

You have the right to return goods within 14 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

· The Goods were purchased within the last 14 days;

· The Goods are in their original packaging;

· The Goods and their packaging have not been soiled, and/or used and/or damaged;

· You provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase relative to the goods to be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following goods can under no circumstance be returned:

· If one or more of the conditions mentioned above are not met;

· Goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the expiry date has passed;

· Goods that are unsealed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the conditions listed above.

Refunds

· Only regular-priced goods may be returned and refunded.

· Sale items cannot be be returned and refunded.

· Refunds will only be issued after we receive and accept the returned goods.

Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund without the actual receipt of the returned Goods.
